Introduction to Educational Management
This 30-hour-course is specially designed by Green Tara for mentors, trainers, academic managers, advisors, coordinators, principals etc. at management level to increase their performance & efficiency. Covering some basic background knowledge in two modules, this course will take 10 weeks with one zoom class every Sunday plus some course tasks. Module on focuses on skills and knowledge for administrative staff such as princials, managers whereas module 2 specializes on Teacher management such as mentoring, observing teachers, giving supportive feedback.
